Shipping

Shipping is generally within 3 days on prints. Because of the custom nature of the glass items and jewelry, these items may need 4 weeks to ship. Prints are shipped in heavy cardboard tubes with no more than 3 prints per tube. Glass items are shipped individually. All items are insured.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of the American Eagles, Heirloom edition, sales are final and not returnable.

Flying History provides a simple return policy for all other merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within a 30 day period from date of purchase, contact Flying History for returns. Please call or e-mail for arrangements. Merchandise must be unused and with all original packaging, certificates and forms.

All returns subject to inspection by Flying History. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Flying History takes the security of your personal information seriously. Credit Card transactions are sent from our secure server to AuthorizeNet Merchant Services for secure processing. No Credit Card information is stored on our server. A login at checkout is required to allow identification for shipment tracking purposes.
